China Navigation inks first newbuilds since 1998

Hong Kong: John Swire & Sons affiliate China Navigation has signed up for its first newbuilds for ten years, opting for six 40,000 dwt multipurpose vessels costing a combined $360m.
The ships will be built at China's Nantong Mingde Heavy Industry and come with options for six more at the same price. [23/6/08]
